From Pledge to Assessment to Membership to Training then to Rank. As such, we are going to be reducing the time by removing Training aspect. Going forward, The IN TRAINING concept will be refered to as AUDITIONING. Upon entering packmate you will be asked if you have chosen a rank to Audition for, if yes- you will begin your auditioning at that time - if not you will simply request it at the following meeting when you have found a rank of your choosing. This will expidite the rank-gain process. We will be creating and providing guides to be reviewed and studied by prospective rank holders and from which those wishing to enter rank will be tested. There will be more information on this as we move forward. As of now, all those in training will be moved to Pack member YOU ARE NOT BEING DEMOTED. This is just to begin the shift to this new policy.

Obviously the guides are a work in progress and will take time to complete. SO for now, simply begin acting out the rank you wish to obtain in order to prove to the council that you are capable of completing them. ((18:23)) * Zyphrine slowly sits down and looks at the alpha, trying to be calm she speaks clearly so everyone can hear "My name is Zyphrine" she replies. Sitting up straight she awaits the reply of the alpha, with a nervous glance she looks down at her paws but quickly looks back up.
((18:24)) * @Saigh flicked her dark rimmed ears as each of the wolves spoke their names and gave explination on how they came to be. "Welcome Zyphrine and Nazareth. Assessment is a time in which you will get to know us while we get to know you, you will learn the ways of our pack. At this time you may not join any other pack and you may leave or be removed at anytime. Do you accept this period of assessment?

((18:26)) * @Saigh awaits awknowledgment and when she recieves a nod from both wolfess' she nods "Then I wish you both the best of luck, and welcoem the two of you as Assessments of Kladd`atir. she said with a kind grin before turning her maw skyward once more and howling a welcome to the new wolves.
((18:27)) * Ammorez joins her Alpha in the welcoming howl for the new assessments of their family.
((18:27)) * Nalani smiled at Zyph and the new wolf named Nazareth before lifting her head to join the howl.
((18:28)) * Lindin lifts his head and howls for the new assessments.
((18:28)) * Zyphrine ears perk up and with the knot slightly gone she rises to her paws and lets out a glorious howl. Finally she could try and be apart of a pack that accepted her and felt like home.
((18:30)) * Nazareth 's gaze alternated between established members and the wolfess that she'd entered assessment with. Emerald irises passed silent judgement on each of them, her lips puckering to receive their acknowledgement with a mixture of gratitude and concealed fear. Noting this as her cue to make way for incoming wolves awaiting advancement, she receeded into the crowd, seating herself next to a

He has made a full comeback from his LOA, and has been a solid rock for me to fall on in my own time of LOA. He is working hard to make us the most tech-savvy pack on IRC and has returned to full activity!!! Congrats Kaz!!!
